Views include scenes taken by a 16mm camera mounted in the umbilical walls of the Columbia's external fuel tanks. View is of the separation of the SRB on the left side at an altitude of 24 nautical miles (30504,30506): separation of the external tank following the shutdown of the vehicle's three main engines (30505,30509): begining of the separation of the SRBs at an altitude of 24 nautical miles. Much of this photo is of the aft dome of the external tank (30507-8).
