According to FoxNews, a geologist from Peru's Geological, Mining and Metallurgical Institute has confirmed that a "rocky meteorite" did indeed fall in Peru, based on the fragments analyzed. However, doctors are skeptical about the reported illness of a large number of residents.
People living near the crash site reported smelling a sulfurous odor before having stomach and head aches. While geologists doubt the smell of sulfur, some medical experts think the symptoms may have been psychosomatic, caused by fear.

headaches, nausea, dizziness and vomiting how are these caused by just fear?!?!?! something is going on and the government is trying to cover it up
yep, too bad the powers at be have tendencies to cover up interesting scientific developments. I would like to know what was in that meteorite and where it may have come from.
